This morning I was scanning the headlines on Yahoo News when my eyes stopped on one that left me shocked and puzzled.
"Holy crap! Larry Bird died?! When did that happen? And why is Laura Bush going to his funeral?"
In my defense, it was early in the morning. What kind of name is Lady Bird anyway?

I'm one of those people who didn't realize she was still alive until I heard she was dead.

Since 2004 apparently. I just found out last week. Must have slipped under the radar. I thought he was still making babies with his creepy old man mojo. I guess it would be even more creepy if he's still making babies now.
Yup. I thought ol' Lady Bird died back in the '90s. Nice she kept up such a high-profile.
I didn't know it was possible not to know that Tony Randall was dead. It was in all the papers...
Now Lady Bird on the other hand... I'll give you that one.
I knew she died a couple of days ago, but it didn't stop me from misreading the headline.
And let's not forget Lenny Bird, the oft overlooked Men's Origami Champion from Iowaville, Nevada.
I think he's still alive, though.

I thought the same exact thing. I was like Holy Shit, Larry Bird died!
The real question is: who looked better in hot pants? The Lady Bird photo doesn't show, so we'll just have to guess.
